Sierra Flora is a fully online web order shop. We do not have a physical retail shop. In addition to our main site here, you can also find us on market places Shopee and Lazada.

Due to our hybrid working arrangements, we do not have self-collection available.
- Shop for the items you are interested in.
- Add the items to your Shopping Cart.
- You can either continue shopping or if you are settled on purchasing your item(s), click on the cart icon on the top right corner and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
- At the Checkout page, you will be prompted to indicate your personal information and shipping/billing information. Alternatively, you can log in to your account.
- Make your payment.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
Once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. (Eg : changes on shipping address) Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your bag before checking out.
If your order has already been processed/received and you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team.
Congratulation! You have done everything online and all that is left to do now is wait for your parcel to arrive at your doorstep / letterbox.
In the meanwhile, you will be receiving a confirmation email with order number upon a successful transaction. You may also use the Order Number to track the progress of your order under My Account (top right corner), and as reference to our Customer Service Representative given if you have any further inquiries regarding your order.
In shopping cart page, edit the number to edit and update products quantity, either to add or remove order.
Your saved shopping cart items will be kept for as long as the product is available. However, these items are not placed on the reservation and someone else may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.
Earn loyalty points whenever you shop with Sierra Flora.
No minimum purchase required. For every dollar you spent, you earn 1 point (i.e. $10 = 10 points).
Use your points to offset your purchase bill.
Loyalty points are only awarded after an order is completed. You may use the loyalty points for your next purchase.
When you cancel an order, any loyalty points given will be cancelled.
Loyalty points can only be kept for a maximum of 180 days.
Loyalty points cannot be exchanged to cash or vouchers.
Yes you may combine with another promotional code.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, origin, and destination. It’s also based on your selected shipping option.
Note: Your shipping fee (if any) will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout that available in the Order Summary box.
For shipping within Singapore:
Orders are sent out daily at 10 am. Shipping will take around 1 – 3 working days.
For International deliveries, we ship most orders within 2 working days. Due to COVID-19, there might be delays in international airfreight movements. If you have any urgent requests, do let us know as soon as possible and we will try to make things happen, additional delivery charges may apply.
We do not have any routinely scheduled workshops, but will be happy to do so. Drop us a message and we will try to accommodate, schedule permitting.
