Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship internationally.

PLEASE READ THIS PAGE BEFORE PLACING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER: 

Please note all prices on the website are in SGD. 

We can now ship orders outside Singapore, please forward any questions you may have to our International support team so we can help you along in the process.

For now, please be aware that seed is a regulated commodity, and can be difficult to ship internationally.

Things to Know:

Orders that contain seed, soil or fertilizer are subject to the import regulations of the destination country. It is ultimately your responsibility to know what can and cannot enter your country. (We suggest checking with your country’s Department of Agriculture or equivalent – often called Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries or similar.)

 

Process
Upon order confirmation, we will mail your order out within 1-3 working days. Sometimes part of an order is out of stock and this may delay delivery.

You will receive an email notification when your order is completed and shipped, please check your spam folder if the confirmation email does not appear in your inbox.

Do note that we shall not be responsible for any lost mail or parcel.

Singapore
Regular postage (Non-Tracking) – From $2 onwards
Courier delivery (With Tracking) – From $5 onwards

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Enter your items to find out your final shipping rate.
Delivery can take 2 weeks or more depending on your location.

 

Notice

Any seeds shipped to foreign countries are shipped at the buyer’s risk. Once we ship an order, it becomes the property of the carrier and recipient of that order, Sierra Flora does not hold liability for shipping delays, quarantine impoundments, lost or stolen items.

All orders are shipped on the understanding that we have no control over any restrictions whatsoever and this responsibility lies with the buyer to ensure they have the necessary approval to import seed into their country or state.

Sierra Flora is not responsible for any import charges and has no control over the fees charged.

International Refunds & Returns
Our Guarantee applies to all international orders, however we do not pay return shipping on international orders. Seed that comes back to us in good condition can be refunded, but original shipping costs cannot. Any return shipping costs are your responsibility.
