If you’ve followed our detailed planting and care instructions and you don’t experience any success, we will honour our satisfaction guarantee for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We are happy to offer a one-time replacement (if available) or a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No nonsense return policy

If you’re not totally satisfied with your Sierra Flora seeds purchase, you can return it within 30 days, together with proof of purchase, for a full refund (less shipping cost). Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging.
