Fast and easy growing, nutritious variety of Chinese cabbage, ready for harvest in 50-60 days. Can be grown to baby leaf stage (3-4 weeks) or to full maturity. Goes very well as an addition to salads, braising mixes, garnishes etc. Can be eaten raw or stir fried. Seeds sown every 10-14 days will provide a continues harvest. This variety doesn’t take much space and can be easily grown in pots, boxes or directly inside the ground. Suitable for indoors and outdoors growing. For warm climates can be grown year round, while in temperate ones from spring till autumn before the frosts start.
Planting season: Sow seeds in full sun inspring/summer after last frosr or lat summer/early fall. Germination temp.: 50-80F (10-26C). Sow every 10-14 days for continious harvest.
Soil: fertile, well-drained soil.
Sowing depth: 1/4-1/2in (0.6-1.27cm).
Spacing: 1-2in (2.54-5cm). Thin to: 6-8in (15-20cm).
Row Distance: 18-24in (45-61cm).
Watering: regular to keep the soil moist yet not soggy.
Sun exposure: full sun.
Harvest the whole plant at once or pick the outed leaves for several weeks.
