Sunflower Autumn Beauty flower seeds

Our Autumn Beauty Sunflower seeds are an classic variety. They produce numerous long-stemmed flowers from summer to late autumn in a variety of solid and bi-colour bright warm colours including golden yellow, bronze, brown and burgundy.

Each plant produces numerous long-stemmed flowers each with dark centres. The bushy plants will grow approximately 150cm (5ft) high and are covered in 12 to 20cm (5 to 8in) wide flowers. Some plants may have as many as 20 blooms or more open at one time. The long stems are excellent for cut flowers and look absolutely stunning in vases on their own.

Our Sunflower seeds are very easy to grow and fast to flower, sown directly where they are to grow they can be partnered them with other hardy annuals. Use as a backdrop for shorter plantings, as a temporary hedge or for colour in the vegetable garden.
The blooms are highly attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinators and the seed heads are loved by birds especially finches. Grow them along with other taller flowers as part of a wildlife friendly garden.
